The attitude was lukewarm, and they said the insurance from Zuzuche was not good enough, recommending an additional $17 per day insurance to reduce the deductible to $500, otherwise, it would be $5500 if something happened. You could also choose not to buy it! The pick-up staff had a cold attitude. When I got to the company, I encountered a Chinese staff member who also mentioned the cold attitude of the pick-up staff and was indifferent as well. They kept saying the Zuzuche insurance was useless. When I rented a car via Zuzuche at the Gold Coast, that company never mentioned anything about the insurance. I suggest Zuzuche provide renters with clear guidelines and regulations about the insurance.
A very good car rental company. All cars are white. Call the company from the airport and they will pick you up. If returning the car late, you can leave the keys in the box.
I have also completed an independent review from them. This is not my first time using East Coast and won't be the last. There are as consistent as a Rolling Stones hit single. Always a great experience. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
