There were some minor scratches on the car when I picked it up, so I talked to the staff and checked the odometer, which showed the car had run 14,400 miles in total. The car was in good condition, overall a satisfying experience.

The car pickup process was self-service. We added roadside assistance insurance, printed the receipt, and picked up the car ourselves. It was very convenient. At the entrance, we scanned our documents, checked the driver's license and its translation. For the car return, we had originally planned to return it at the airport, but a phone call confirmed that we could change to the Union Square location for free, which was great since our hotel was at Union Square. The service was very good with no extra charges.
