“Bad service , mandatory downgrade, safety issues”

Service at counter was slow and not polite. I got a vehicle much smaller than I ordered. Then had to sign form that there are no scratches on the vehicle I never saw. Sever safety malfunction of front wheels swerving right. And to finish return is only at terminal 2 Frankfurt while no paperwork says it so.

When I arrived at the T1 store, there were no cars available. They said they didn't know how long I'd have to wait because they didn't have drivers to bring the cars from the parking lot. Then they told me to take a bus to the T2 store to pick up the car.

Counter at terminal 1 was not crowded during this time of the year and easy to find The car was new VW TAIGO Medium SUV as expected. The staff at the counter was nice paper less.
