Picking up the car was very smooth, no waiting time, everything was fast. The car was quite new and it was a hybrid, which was very fuel-efficient. During this trip, I only refueled once on the last day when I exchanged the car. Quite remarkable.

I did not get the exact car but got a smaller one.
I booked a Nissan X-Trail but was offered the Nissan, Qashqai which is a smaller size, although they offered me a Citron D7 but i refused.
Had a dead battery in vehicle shortly before heading back to drop off. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi and alternative arrangements.
