Self-service car pickup, no need to queue, very fast, and no insurance upselling. It was the most pleasant car rental experience.

I had already purchased insurance on the rental platform but was still recommended insurance by the staff, which I agreed to in confusion, wasting money. The worst part was that the Chinese navigation device I rented was extremely expensive. I didn’t pay attention at the time, and the communication language barrier made it worse. I will never rent this kind of thing from the store again.

Very nice and convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport free of charge. Nice that we could pick any SUV out of the row.
