The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.

The staff did not try to sell us any insurance. They just asked how many people we had, and upon learning that we had a larger group, they recommended a bigger car. At first, I thought it was a sales tactic, but they showed us the car we initially booked—it really wasn't big enough for our luggage. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a larger car. Not sure if there was a discount, but it was sufficient.
