QEEQ uses the lowest prices online to lure people into renting cars from their site and then make them buy a so-called super insurance. When you pick up the car, the local office won't recognize this insurance. Since insurance is taken very seriously abroad, you will have to buy new insurance to get the car, which ends up costing more than renting directly from AVIS or HERTZ websites. When I had an issue in France and called their service numbers, all I got were French speakers, so I couldn't communicate or resolve the issue. I still had to pay from my own pocket and got no resolution upon returning. Therefore, I strongly recommend renting directly from the company websites as they are very trustworthy.
