The staff could hardly speak English when picking up the car. When returning the car, there was no one at the store during business hours and I couldn't reach them by phone. The designated self-service return garage was inaccessible—the door button didn't work even after pressing it for a long time. I had to park the car on the street. The service was terrible; I had specifically adjusted my schedule to return the car during business hours.
The procedures for picking up and exchanging cars are quite simple and convenient. Both of our cars were equipped with GPS navigation, which was very useful.
