The car keys were left in the car for us to pick up, but we didn't understand that initially and wondered why we weren’t given the keys directly. This should be explained more clearly. We felt quite clueless at first.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

The waiting line for car rental paperwork is understandable due to the high number of people, but once the paperwork is done, picking up the car is quite convenient. There are many cars to choose from, which is great.
