I was very satisfied with my car rental experience with QEEQ. There were several minor mishaps during the trip, but QEEQ handled them very well. On the first day, I arrived earlier than expected and wanted to pick up the car ahead of schedule, but I was charged an extra day's fee even though it was only about an hour early. The car was brand new, a diesel Mercedes C-Class, and it drove wonderfully. On the second day, due to my own mistake, I changed lanes abruptly and got slightly rear-ended. I didn't stop but briefly acknowledged the other driver to apologize. Later, I checked the car and realized the damage was minimal, just a small paint scratch. Since I had purchased comprehensive insurance, I contacted customer service to understand the claims process, which was quite convenient, so I didn't worry too much about it. When returning the car, the inspector was not present, so I just dropped the keys in the BOX and left. The final bill did not charge me for the car damage, but there was an issue with an extra 300 RMB charged for environmental fees. After contacting QEEQ customer service, they actively followed up and confirmed the erroneous charge, refunded me in advance, and they will reclaim the fee themselves. QEEQ's service pleasantly surprised me. I've been very busy since I got back and didn't get a chance to leave a review. レンタルした車が100キロ以上走ったところでタイヤの空気圧が鳴ったので、サービスの電話をかけたところ、タイヤに明らかな外傷がなければ運転を続けて大丈夫だと言われ、検査しても外傷が見つからずに運転を続けた。結果翌朝中ラウンドへこんだし、電話europcarサービスの厳しい、まず長く無人面倒くさくて、せっかく取れた後、コンパニオンたちの英語はだめだ、と疎通が困難にもよく切れてしまう、最長のうち1回通話し、約40分、実際の談話を超えないよう十分、残りの時間はすべて私に音楽
今回レンタカー過程の小さな事故で、qeeqのサービスは申し分ないが、电话やメールが適時に答礼訪問。彼らが本当にお客様のためを思っているように感じられて、とても満足しています。=

列をずいぶん、それから予約の车を教えなかった私が、保険が车を买い、私を示唆してきて、彼の要求によって一つの最も基本的な保険を買った後、すぐ车が教えたから私は保険は8欧州一日間、欧州、実際に私が署名したときは8.94は似ているが、しかし体験が悪い。

いいね。2度目のQeeqレンタカーを借りた。いつも一ヶ月くらいの時間です。今回事故を起こした車は人にはねられてしまったので、自分で請求するしかない。まだまだ処理が早い!

きちんとしていますね。前の人が車種を変更しようとしているので、それは遅くなります。幸い私はもともと車を取りに行く時間を後回しにしました。私はQeeqネットで全危険を追加購入したためか、カウンターも販売せず、保証金(クレジットカード事前許可)をもらっても100ユーロしかない。
よかったは、百度qeeqは完全に付いて行くのを见つけて、普及の能力ができても業務能力ができて;Qeeqのネット上のwebページの情報は整然としていて、全面的な線の下の電話サービスは専門的すぎて、サービスの貼り付けは完全に観光業の範で、標准、到着、訓練があります;(今回の旅行でもう一つ満足できるサイトはホテルを予約したもので、訓練しているような感じがする)、私は大いに安心した。
