Good experience. After returning to Los Angeles from Dallas, I smoothly picked up the car and drove it back to my friend's house.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Probably because of the relatively low price, there were a lot of people, and it took almost an hour to get everything sorted. Most importantly, when I provided my booking reference, they said my reservation number had already been used. It took a long time to resolve the issue with the staff. I wonder how others would handle this if they're unable to clearly express the issue in English? QEEQ needs to improve its coordination with overseas car rental companies.
