The service abroad was very friendly. Although we encountered multiple issues with the navigation system and ended up using our own phone for directions, the process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

The car model was different from what was booked, and the trunk couldn't fit two large suitcases. There was no assistance or simple map provided from the service window to the pick-up point; they just gave verbal instructions in English. Luckily, I speak English, but it still took some time to find it as there were no signs for the company along the way or at the parking garage. When we returned the car, we were told that the deposit pre-authorization was mistakenly charged as a direct payment and that it would be refunded after a week.

We returned the car at Nevsehir Airport. While refueling at a nearby gas station, an Enterprise staff member was already waiting for us, even before we called. They inspected the car and took it back at the gas station, and then kindly drove us to the airport.

The entire car rental process is efficient and the staff is very effective. It was a pleasant rental experience.

Returning the car at Antalya Airport was very quick, just ten minutes, as long as you find the return point. Picking up the car in Izmir was a bit more troublesome, we had to walk a while and even got lost.
