The vehicle condition is very poor, it's the worst car I've ever driven! The store has no service awareness at all! It's the worst car rental experience I've ever had! The car has a strong body odor, it's disgusting!

The wait is extremely Long. Indicated pick up at 830pm and i only pick up the car at 10pm. This is completely unacceptable and it is clear that hertz is under staffs
