Throughout the trip, we used three cars in total. Two of them were new cars with only a few thousand kilometers, and one had over 20,000 kilometers. Overall evaluation: trustworthy.
Service was convenient and fast. Pick-up and drop-off were quick. I was an hour late, and they initially charged me for an extra day. After adjustment, it was $33. Not sure how they calculated it, but being late for return is costly.
We screened many companies before our trip and finally chose Alamo. It turned out to be a wise decision; Alamo offers great value for money.
