Self-driving across the UK, North to South and back

Arrived on time to pick up the car, but was informed there were no cars available; waited an additional 2 hours.

This is a shameless car rental company. The store employees are negligent and do nothing, tampering with the original rental agreement. The company supports them and even asks customers to provide video and audio evidence, arbitrarily charging customers. Complaints are ineffective and lawsuits are inconvenient, resulting in significant losses. The British are absolutely unreliable, be very cautious when renting a car! I recommend recording video and audio during car rental!

Car was adequate for our trip. No problems with counter staff very courteous. Had problems finding the drop off location, street name not the same as given instructions. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The car given exceeds my expectations

£5 for a car... Cant complain too much
