The front desk staff tried to sell additional insurance and their attitude was average.

Overall, it's quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I intended to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but both times at the final step, it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The self-service machines are also quite slow and require a lot of input, making it cumbersome.

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
