Although the app already included basic insurance, the staff insisted on purchasing full insurance, which resulted in double coverage. Even after returning the car, I still haven't seen the insurance policy. What happens if something goes wrong? All the risk is on the customer. 3. I never saw the official rental contract, only a vehicle inspection checklist. 4. The app included the option to return the car at a different location, but the store still charged extra fees. 5. No itemized receipt was provided.

Very convenient, located right inside Frankfurt Airport. They even gave us a free upgrade to an SUV. The car was in great condition and the service was good.
