車を借りる際、保険内容の確認で問題が発生しました。Enterpriseのスタッフは最初、フルカバーを否定し、基本保険のみだと言いました。私たちがZuzuche（国際電話）に連絡を取り始めた後に自分のミスに気付きましたが、すぐに電話を終了させず、先に他のお客さんの対応に入ってしまいました。電話を終え、Zuzucheから緊急対応策の返信を受けた後でやっと、自分のミスだと知らせてきました。その後の車の受け取りは順調でしたが、予定より約1時間遅れました。

The airport counter staff were extremely friendly. Even when I returned the car to the wrong location in the garage, they still efficiently helped me with the return process.

The store didn't even ask me and just added full coverage, charging me several times more than the rental fee. It was absurd! Later, I switched to an automatic because the manual was too hard to drive and discovered I had full coverage. Since I had bought comprehensive insurance from QEEQ, I only needed basic coverage. It took forever, but the fee was already charged. Not sure if they'll refund the difference. So frustrating!
