I was a bit disappointed to see it was a Suzuki Swift at pickup, but the car had low mileage and was relatively easy to drive, especially for a foreign trip.

Charges not clear

Simple, fast, and quite satisfactory.

Rented a car in Cairns for a day trip to Paronella Park. After picking up the luggage, called the rental company, and they sent a shuttle to pick us up from a designated area at the airport. The airport is very close to the city center, a 10-minute drive. The vehicle was very new and in good condition.

Overall satisfied. Fuel is full, Toll Tag is stick to the front mirror, car perform like new, staff is nice & the office location is just walkable distance to our hotel. The only problem was the car's front mirror & side windows were dirty & hard to clean up with just tissues. Also the returned process is blazingly quick.
