ピックアップ場所はブリスベンのウィックハムストリートで、アジア系のスタッフ2名がいましたが、業務効率が非常に低かったです。車両を引き取った後、故障が多い車（走行距離10万キロ超え）であることが判明し、交渉の末に車の返却と交換を求めましたが、新しい車を待って1時間過ぎても現れませんでした。正確なピックアップ時間を確認しに行ったところ、スタッフの一人が「私は既にあなたの友人に時間を伝えました。私が他の客を対応しているときに割り込むのは失礼です」と言われ、非常に不愉快な顔をして睨まれました。友人が彼の態度に激怒し、返金と賠償を要求すると、そのスタッフは警察を呼ぶと言いました。最終的に私たちはレンタカーを放棄することに決めました。

Car was dirty and old. Tyres were not very good (especially for QLD wet weather). To pick up the car took around 30 minutes due to an issue with the customer before me, plus around 10 minutes as the staff made an error with my car. Then another 10 minutes to get the car checked and signed off before I could leave. Paid $240 for 4 days, would have been acceptable price if the car wasn’t so old, dirty and worn!
