Renting a car is very convenient, the process is smooth, and there was no upselling of insurance. The service was quite friendly. However, the car seemed to shake a bit during acceleration, especially uphill, which might be a power issue.
It was good. Positive experience. Though I did receive a call to say I'd caused a window chip but this had been brought to my attention before I even saw the car. I did inform the staff it was in the condition report but it was stressful to receive a call without them checking their own report first. Otherwise it was not noteworthy.
The rental process is very convenient. Just provide the order, driver's license, and translation, and it's quickly processed. When picking up the car, they directly tell you the location, and you go there yourself, completely self-service. Returning the car is just handing over the keys, and no one checks the car. Very convenient.
