The counter staff and car inspection staff were very enthusiastic. Of course, they recommended other insurance options before we picked up the car, but when I politely declined, they immediately proceeded with the rental process and explained everything in detail. Very satisfied.

While parking on the roadside, I damaged a tire. BUDGET charged my credit card twice, totaling over 6000 RMB. In Australia, replacing a tire costs less than 1000 RMB. Not sure how they determine their pricing, it's unreasonable.

It wasn't our first time renting a car in Australia or Tasmania. We were dissatisfied with the attitude of the rental service staff at the counter during pickup, but the attitude of the staff at the counter during drop-off was very satisfactory!
