Felt dishonest. They gave various reasons that didn't match the original order, then said the order was void unless additional charges were paid. While swiping the card, they didn’t show the receipt, and I thought it was a deposit. But the next day, I found out it was directly deducted.
The wait time for picking up the car exceeded one hour. It wasn't due to slow work efficiency but rather because they kept pressuring you to buy a €100 full insurance and forcing you to purchase a €120 fuel tank full-to-empty option. They took over 20 minutes just for this. I will never choose this company again as they attract customers with low prices and then add extra charges.
