If you don't want to queue or deal with the counter staff and avoid insurance offers, Alamo has a row of self-service machines in the rental lobby. Simply input your reservation number, driver's license number, swipe your credit card for the deposit, select 'no' for the other options, and the rental document will be printed out.

Excellent service

The car was quite new, and the service was excellent.

Everything was good, except the counter staff didn't smile. Maybe it's because our English isn't very good. They were nice to foreign guests.

The car rental process was very efficient. Supports returning the car at a different location with no extra fees. Allows adding a second driver for free.
