The service at the Dallas Airport branch is mediocre. My order was for a full tank, but the car I received had an empty tank. There were no other cars to swap, so I wasted a lot of time. In the end, we had to agree on returning the car with an empty tank, but I couldn't use up all the fuel precisely. When I returned the car, there was still a quarter tank left.
Pay attention to your order, as they might add insurance without you noticing at the reception. I found out when returning the car, but fortunately, I got my money back. Overall, the service at this branch is quite average.
Not many vehicle options available, maybe it was due to bad timing. Otherwise, everything was fine except for a problem during the return process. Despite returning the car with a full tank, I was charged over $40 for FSO (fuel service option). I am currently filing a complaint!
The store's service is quite good and the efficiency is acceptable.
