When I went at 9:30 AM, they told me there were no cars available. Finally, at 12 PM, they gave me a car that did not match my reservation. They delayed my pickup by 2 hours and told me there was only one car left, take it or leave it. It was an Opel Corsa, but I had reserved an Opel Vectra Estate or a similar model. The Opel Corsa was very small. I believe Zuzuche should take responsibility and negotiate with the supplier. I was charged for the Opel Vectra Estate or a similar model, as per my original reservation. Since I was in a hurry to meet a client and had already wasted two hours, I didn't raise any objections at the time and took the car. I plan to discuss this with Zuzuche when I return. Issue 1: They delayed my pickup by 2 hours. Issue 2: They did not provide the reserved car model. Issue 3: They did not refund the difference for the downgraded car model. I hope Zuzuche will communicate with Doll and provide me with a response. Please refund the difference for the downgraded car model.
