Pickup and return were mostly smooth. However, after completing the paperwork at the counter, there was no one in the garage to inspect the car, and it took over half an hour to find someone. The car was in good condition with 2100M without any issues.

I arrived in Munich at 5:30 AM and followed the signs to the car rental company. However, I learned they don't open until 6 AM. After they opened, I was ready to pick up the car, but the staff apologized and said they couldn't find the keys at the moment, so I had to wait. I had reserved an automatic car, but the rental staff asked if I could drive a manual and upgraded me to a BMW 116i. Since I had a meeting at 9 AM, I opted for the manual. Overall, the car was in great condition and it was very good.
