After several attempts to resolve this issue by calling the 24-hour customer service line, we still had no solution. We ended up making several international calls, seemingly to the UK. The representative's Indian accent was very difficult to understand, and it's clear that having good English proficiency is essential for successfully renting a car abroad. When we picked up the car, the back seat was reclined at a 45-degree angle and wasn't comfortable for long drives. We asked the staff to adjust it, but they insisted that 'this is how the seat is.' It was incredibly frustrating, and we ended up figuring out how to adjust it ourselves after a long time.
