The service provided at both pickup and return was acceptable. However, since the communication about the pickup location was mainly handled by the customer service of Zuzuche, I believe that the inconvenience and additional costs caused by the confusion regarding the pickup location are not related to CIRCULAR CAR HIRE.
The address provided by the rental company was incorrect. When returning the car, despite the agreed time and place, we still had to call and urge them. We were in a hurry to catch our flight!
Everything else was great! Just one issue—the website listed a manual transmission, but the car provided was automatic. It didn't affect my trip, but the planning wasn't perfect, so I didn't fully enjoy my vacation. I'm planning another trip soon.
The pickup reception was average, followed the standard procedures, and the entire self-driving trip was smooth.
