Satisfied. As I was catching a flight, I left the car at the international terminal arrivals area, and the rental company sent someone to pick it up, which was great.

The reception desk was easy to find, and the staff appeared promptly. We arrived a bit early, and since it was midnight, there was no one to assist us initially. However, right at 12:30, someone came to help us. Overall, the efficiency was acceptable.

The rental company staff were very attentive. When I picked up the car, the air conditioning was already on, showing their attention to detail. Since I returned the car early, the staff started their shift at 5 AM. The most impressive part was that I accidentally broke a side mirror, and when I offered to pay for the damage, they waived the compensation without hesitation.

Very pleased with fortuner - reasonably new and very clean. Well serviced and maintained with good features. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.
