The company gave me a free upgrade to a new BMW, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I had an accident near my destination on the first day, but the company arranged for me to be taken to the hotel. I was very satisfied on the first day.
However, things changed on the second day. The company scheduled a car inspection at the hotel from 9 to 11, but they were late. I handed the keys to the hotel administrator to handle it on my behalf. After the company towed the car away, I couldn't contact them anymore. The phone didn't work and the internet was down. I've tried many times without success and don't know how to settle this. I'm already home, and I had to use a lot of taxis. I'm not sure if I can get reimbursed.
Allocated the same car to myself and someone else .. as I approached car he was driving off ! so that was annoying and had to walk back with luggage to the desk office
