From Casablanca to Tangier to Laayoune, a Counterclockwise Tour

No car was reserved upon my arrival.

They were late when we picked up the car. We waited for more than an hour. Returning the car was even worse as no one showed up, and they didn't answer the phone. We had no choice but to leave the car in the parking lot and the keys inside, otherwise we would've missed our flight.

Late arrival, language barrier, and the promised full tank was empty. After I strongly expressed my dissatisfaction, they gave me 100 to refuel myself. Unbelievable.

Friendly service, though there was some delay during the car return process. We eventually found another vehicle manager to return the car.

Car only had 34,000km and was in perfect condition. Only it was not fully cleaned and the tank was ¼ full when the booking stated full to full.
