The staff requested self-registration, but the automated machine failed at the last step... It wasted my time, and in the end, I still had to queue for more than ten minutes.

The service from Alamo was very average, possibly because it's cheap. They don't accept UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service. There were many people in line and few staff. I clearly chose a large SUV, but upon arrival, I was told I could only rent a small SUV. I originally wanted to rent a Grand Cherokee. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with Zuzuche or ALAMO. Overall, the service experience was really poor!!

It's a Mustang, it's a convertible, it's 1955 for 10 days, what more is there to say?

Found the desk staff treated me like just another number and did not care. Choice of cars was excellent.
