The car rental location was easy to find, right at the airport exit. The service was excellent. When returning the car, I mistakenly drove to the departure level instead of the required arrival level, but the staff arrived quickly to inspect the vehicle.

Thai company is a local car rental company in Thailand. I chose them initially for their competitive prices and because they are local, which I thought would be helpful in case any issues arose. It turns out the process of picking up and returning the car was quite smooth and less complicated than I imagined. They didn't inspect too much during the return, just checked the fuel gauge, which was nice and easygoing.

Queue? There were no cars, watched someone else drive off with the car I booked.

The car pickup process was fine, but when I went to return the car at the agreed time and place, there was no staff to assist us. We couldn't get through on the phone, and when we finally did, they were extremely unhelpful and told us to wait. After an hour, they instructed us to leave the car in the parking lot and the keys at the front desk, without completing any formalities. After returning home, I received a call demanding I pay for the parking fee. Even though 200 baht isn’t much, it felt very unreasonable. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory car rental experience. I would advise against renting from Thai Rent.
