絶対にこのレンタカー会社を選ばないでください！全く無責任です！到着した途端に様々な追加料金の通知を受け取りました。レンタカー会社はGPSも提供しておらず、外国人観光客には非常に不便です。GPSがないため不安になり、迎えの人にキャンセルできるか聞いたところ、可能だと言われ、迎えの人は私たちを迎えの地点に戻した後、どこかへ行ってしまいました。その後、電話も出ないし、メッセージも返してくれません。本当に無責任です！結局車を受け取れませんでした。その後も電話に出ず、メッセージも返してくれない。本当に詐欺です！お金だけ取り上げてサービスを提供しない！お金は取り続けてるのに、顧客に対して全く責任を感じてないんですか？

Very bad customer service. Rudeness and don’t care for customers. Two guys didn’t know English and one guy knew English but was so rude and lazy also don’t know what he is doing. Behaving like small kids.
