全く対応してもらえない。私のクレジットカードに銀聯のマークがあるのを見て完全に無視された。一言『我々もどうしようもない』と言われ、レンタカー代理店に連絡するようにと言われた。最初から最後まで全く協力せず、何の対策も提供してくれなかった。最悪の会社だ。レンタカーの料金は引き落とされたままだが、未だに対応してもらえていない。中国人は絶対にこのレンタカー会社を利用しないでください。イタリア人には要注意。

The rental company did not inform us in advance that they require both a Visa and a MasterCard for the deposit, which prevented us from picking up the car. They also did not offer any alternative automatic transmission vehicles, causing delays in our schedule.
