The queue was extremely slow, the clerk was like flash from the movie, it took nearly 2 hours for 5 people. They also got my name and address wrong.

They kept pushing insurance and various additional services. When we didn't accept, they rudely gave us a Nissan, which was smaller than the model we reserved. The promised free additional driver was not included either, so we had only one driver for four days. Very dissatisfied, will never rent from this company again.

The rental costs are not explained clearly, the charges are ambiguous, and they couldn't provide the specific model I requested. The parking lot had no good cars and did not match what I saw on the website.
