Overall, Alamo Rent a Car offers very convenient and efficient service.

Everything was fine, except the rental car building was a bit far from the airport. Dragging our luggage for a long time and taking the light rail was quite tiring. The queue time was okay, but some people cut in line, especially South Americans. When we tried to reason with them, they pretended not to understand English. My husband spoke to them in Spanish, and only then did they step back, but they glared at us. Very poor manners, although this isn't the rental company's fault, just venting. There were no sales pitches for insurance, they didn’t even mention it. After using a credit card for the deposit, we haven't received the toll bill yet. We'll see if the charges are reasonable.

Reserve un VW Atlas pero me dieron un Dodge grande qye gastaba demasiado. Además no le funcionaba la ventana del acompañante. Quise cambiarlo pero me hacían ir al aeropuerto y no quise perder tanto tiempo. No volveré a Alamo.

Alquile ya 3 veces por QEEQ y no tengo comentarios negativos. Estoy conforme.

No me dieron el auto que pedi que era una tahoo sino una Armada y el baul me quedo corto
