Self-service car pickup is convenient

They promised a free Chinese GPS, but later said they didn't have any and I had to rent one for over $70, which was very annoying.

Zuzuche doesn't categorize cars that way, making it hard to distinguish. They actually gave me a Ford SUV. It feels like even though I paid in full, I had to pay an additional $156, effectively doubling the rental cost. When returning the car, I raised my concerns with the staff, and they only waived $50. So, Zuzuche, please give me an explanation. I called today, but nobody answered, constantly directed to automated services. Please give me a response.
