Right-hand Drive Takes Time to Get Used To

Communication was very smooth and comfortable.

The staff were very nice, and there was always someone who could speak Chinese. However, there was an issue, as I booked a Nissan but was given a worn-out Toyota Vios with over 70,000 km on it. After a strong protest, I had to return to the airport the next day to change the car. The rental company insisted they were the same class, even though they clearly charge different prices. They refused to address the problem afterwards, likely due to management issues with a small company mentality; the owner might be Chinese. Ground staff services were decent.

The first car had some acceleration issues, but after informing customer service, they immediately replaced it with a perfect one!
