Terrible experience. I paid a deposit of $342.21, but after returning the car, I only got back $78. They deducted $246.2, even though I returned the car with a full tank of gas.
When returning the car, we forgot to fill the tank and specifically asked the staff if we'd need to pay extra for not returning the car with a full tank. He said no additional charges would be applied, even after we asked him three times to confirm. However, after we returned home, a high fee was charged to us. Make sure to return the car with a full tank.
Though I had given the car back with full tank which was verified by Europcar representatives as well,I was charged Rs 7142.12 for fuel refuel and Europcar is unable to give exact reason for this.
