The overall experience was satisfactory but can always get better further.

Only one staff member was serving, and the two customers ahead of me waited for an hour.

The store is near the airport exit, making it relatively easy to find. After arriving at the store, we waited in line for about 15 minutes. During the procedure, the staff recommended additional insurance but did not force us to buy it. After completing the pickup procedure, we waited for about 15 minutes before the staff handed us the car keys and informed us of the car's location. It took us about 5 minutes to find the car. We had originally booked a Peugeot 5008 (7-seater), but upon pickup, we were upgraded to a Nissan X-Trail (7-seater). The vehicle was relatively new and well-equipped. Although there were a few noticeable scratches on the body that had not been repaired, it did not affect the driving.

The service at Europcar was excellent.

Too inefficient, the staff works too slowly.
