Very dissatisfied, long waiting time in line. Insurance was added without the customer's knowledge. The reserved car model from over three months ago was not available, and no explanation was given. Promised to change the car the next day, but that didn't happen. After complaining, they reluctantly arranged the desired car model. But the promised discount was not given, and they claimed there was no written evidence. This company is shameless and I'll never choose them again.

La voiture avait un roulement de mort, elle faisait un bruit énorme en roulant. Chaque soir nous avions mal au crâne. La pire experience de ma vie! À fuir ! En plus si on ne prend pas leurs assurance à 20$ par jour ils ne vous laissent pas partir avec la voiture ! Arnaque total !

Wait time was more an hour to pick up the car i received, the staff tried to upsell everyone over and over again. Car I ordered was unavailable. Return area has no carts to help getting luggage to terminal. Staff is at Fox is generally disinterested. Will never rent from Fox again.
