After picking up the luggage at Calgary Airport, just walk out of the hall, cross the road, and go up to the second floor to find the rental office. Very convenient!
Pick-up was quite smooth, and the staff was friendly. They gave me a new Nissan Pathfinder, said I was the first to drive it, with just over 30 kilometers on it. Returning the car was also very convenient, a quick check and done, even though the car was quite dirty, it was no problem.
Quick and convenient car pick-up and drop-off, excellent service. They allowed us to choose from three cars until we were satisfied.
