Communication was smooth, the attitude was great, and they were very responsible.

This is a new car rental company with only one staff member. There was a slight delay during pick-up and drop-off due to some minor issues, but the service was still very good. There were few formalities for picking up the car and almost nothing to fill out, so I got the car quickly. The car's condition was good with just over 40,000 kilometers on it, and it was fuel-efficient, consuming slightly over 4 liters per 100 kilometers.

I think you need better signage at the road front but otherwise great experience

Awesome customer service. Easy process on pick up makes it fast to hire the vehicle and be on your way. Great fleet of vehicles. Will always use Top Rental when I hire in New Zealand.
