Union Square was really crowded, and it took nearly an hour to get the car. I had already told the first staff member that I needed a baby seat, but when I picked up the car, there wasn't one, and they had added road assistance insurance, which I mistakenly thought was for the baby seat. The second staff member was also odd; they forgot to give me a parking voucher, so I had to stop at the exit and go back to get it.
The service attitude and queue time were acceptable, but after completing the paperwork, the car wasn't ready because they were washing it. I booked a Grand Cherokee, but got a Subaru instead, which is a much lower class, not good.
Remember to bring an international driving permit when renting a car; without it, the rental location might refuse to rent to you. It might be possible at the airport. QEEQ's customer service said the permit needs to be mailed, but you can actually do it online and just print it out.
