The staff had a good attitude, and there was no line.
However, I was overcharged for fuel when changing the car. When I picked up the car, it had half a tank of gas, and the front desk said I should return it with the same amount. But when I returned the car, they charged me for fuel first, and I had to wait in line again to get this charge canceled. It wasted a lot of time.
It took about twenty minutes to pick up the car and just a minute to return it, which was indeed quite convenient. However, I don't understand why I received a credit card charge notification three days after returning home, deducting $12.5?
The location was hard to find; spent over ten minutes searching. Although there weren't many people, it seemed like no one was delivering the car. The staff ended up going to get the keys after a half-hour wait. By this time, almost an hour had passed.
Alamo insisted that I must buy extra a liability fee of $14 per day, otherwise I can’t rent the car.
