Convenient and fast, warm and attentive service, you can usually get a new car.

The car rental process was very efficient. Supports returning the car at a different location with no extra fees. Allows adding a second driver for free.

Very poor experience. We had to wait an hour at the airport for the rental company's shuttle bus, while Herz's shuttle buses came by at least ten times. Once we got to the rental hall, we had to wait another hour and a half in line before it was our turn to complete the paperwork. We had booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but the best they had at the lot was a Ford Edge, and there was only one of those left. Most of the available cars were Jeep Compasses. In the end, we ended up with a Nissan Rogue. This was an absolutely awful car rental experience!
