Not many people picking up cars

Entered the country at 6 am, had breakfast and went to pick up the car a little after 6. I eventually had to call the car rental customer service to negotiate and finally settled at 507 euros. This situation highlights two issues: 1. This company's cross-border fee is significantly higher than others. Previously, I rented from another company with a cross-border fee of 6 euros per day. 2. The quote is very dishonest and deceptive. Note: I have seen similar cases in the comments section for this company, please pay attention.
