There are relatively few counters at the store, so there’s a bit of a wait. However, the service is very attentive; they will explain everything to you in detail.
Alamo at LAX was great. They had a lot of new cars. Considering our large group, they recommended a 5.3L Ford SUV. It was perfect because we had a lot of shopping bags. Excellent car rental experience!
The staff at the rental company knew I completed the rental process through the self-service machine without needing to queue, saving me a lot of time.
Except for a minor issue with the rental, everything else was great, especially returning the car, which was super convenient and quick!
